The series of ‘shoe drawings’ by Keren Cytter was realized in 2021 using colored pencils on A4 paper. The works are, in the artist’s words, a successful attempt to map all the footwear in her possession. The style of representation varies, appearing looser in some drawings. Cytter did not omit to draw the brand logos – a significant reason for purchasing the shoes in the first place! – and titled the individual works after their respective labels.
